Within few months upon graduation, I was in my first job with Tecnics
and I was eager for self-discovery. At Tecnics, I had the chance to learn and yet at the same time challenge myself in an environment, which has ultimately proved very useful for my work scope. The autonomy at Tecnics allowed me to constantly venture beyond my own work interests and take in additional knowledge and experience. Today, I am glad to say, it’s been 4 years here, and I have grown from a fresh engineer to Team lead.
The enriching atmosphere here still keeps me energized for even greater self-exposure, knowledge and experience.

I joined in Tecnics Integration Technologies as a fresher in April 2006, I got Training and started working on Microsoft.NET technology, I am very thankful to Tecnics for giving me an opportunity to prove my skills and allowing me to work on latest Microsoft technologies like Windows SharePoint Services (WSS) .

It is great experience working in Tecnics, I have joined Tecnics as a Trainee in 2006
and feel proud of where I am today and what I have achieved in past three years.
Tecnics Provided me with an environment that's challenging my skills and training from day one. Its provided an opportunity to work in parallel with talented and helpful peers.
Working in Tecnics has built up my confidence levels as I got an opportunity to interact directly with clients and understand their business there by improving not only my Technical skills but also gain functional Knowledge.

I was waiting for something different. I was waiting for something more
Technical, more scientific that would integrate my engineering courses into a more
Scientific task as my major project for my engineering. TECNICS landed me in one such area, Virtualization. My project with TECNICS gave me the experience I need to succeed in the technology landscape. My supervisors made me involve in many different seminars which helped me to get a view of their overall picture of the project. Throughout my project my supervisors were always, very understanding of my required schoolwork; very comfortable; facilitating any problems I had or making necessary accommodations for my success in the project. The skills I learned through this process have better prepared me for a career in this field, as it provided me with a hands-on experience. I went into the company knowing little about the technology field, but by the end of the project I was able to learn and understand all about the technology i worked on. My experiences with the TECNICS have provided me with numerous opportunities to receive an assistantship
at Northern Illinois university, USA under a Professor who was working on the same field. I would definitely recommend an internship at TECNICS to any student interested in gaining the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in the technology field.

As a part of curriculum I started searching for a good academic project. But I was disappointed because all the institutes were offering some dummy projects in .net and java. Then I approached TECNICS with a hope to find something new and interesting. I was given a project virtualization on xen and live migration. I found the project extremely interesting and appropriate for our time. I always wanted to learn Linux and this became true as the platform which we used is Linux. The project was very new and fresh. Each day it created interest to learn more. Doing the project in combination with the documentation gave me the opportunity to combine theory and practice and it is a good stimulus for a healthy success of my project. TECNICS helped me in learning the complete new technology and also it gave me hands on experience which will surely help me in my upcoming projects. I recommend this place for the project aspirants where u can get the best guidance and morale from the superiors here which make you feel that you are on the right path with right people who have a very good industry expertise to handle such projects. Thank you everyone who helped me out in this project.

Working in Tecnics since 3 years and I have joined as a fresher.
I got a chance to work in Programming, Testing and also to update myself with all the new technologies required to be a Professional QA and also to work in the challenging tasks like interacting with the clients. We have a chance to upgrade our Communication Skills as Tecnics provided us Training on all the Soft skills, Interpersonal skills and conducted Personality development classes. Due to Seminars and Tecnovates, we are able to express our thoughts and help us to know new ideas.

The journey from a trainee ABAP Consultant to Senior SAP Consultant has been an amazing experience.
When I joined Tecnics as a fresher in 2006, I never anticipated I would achieve so much in such a short time. The friendly ambience of Tecnics and guidance from seniors has moulded me to handle critical issues and interact with client in a very short duration. Every moment in Tecnics is a learning experience for me.
